Updated Data Collection form is now available

The Office of Management and Budget has updated the data collection form for organizations submitting single audit packages under the new Uniform Guidance. The form has been updated to include the new schedule of federal expenditures requirements under the Uniform Guidance including, but not limited to the following:

  1. Reporting federal expenditures under a cluster
  2. New requirements for presenting federal loan program expenditures
  3. Expenditures pass-through to sub recipients
  4. Reporting federal expenditures that were received directly from a federal agency or a sub recipient.
