Kristoffer Lane, CPA, Managing Partner
Kristoffer Lane has been a partner with Daniel Dennis & Company LLP since 2007, and has over 30 years of experience in the public accounting industry. He currently focuses on charter schools, nonprofit agencies, governmental entities, and residential and commercial real estate.
Mr. Lane’s experience includes engagements that require state and federal financial and compliance audit requirements including audits subject to HUD, MHFA, FAR’s, Government Auditing Standards, Massachusetts UFR, and the Uniform Grant Guidance (formerly, OMB Circular A-133).
Mr. Lane has extensive experience in the Charter School industry inclusive of developing and periodically updating the ‘Charter School Audit Guide’ for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s Charter School Office, which is required to be followed by all Charter schools in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has also provided services in many capacities inclusive of performing audits, assisting with charter applications, participating on the charter application review team, assisting in the start-up phase of the schools and also performing closeout procedures. He has also presented various topics relating to the financial management and financial viability of Charter Schools.
When away from the office Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters in addition to recreational activities such as hockey, skiing and fishing.
